Program Manager - Digital Theatre

Role Overview:
As a Program Manager at A Stage Reborn, you will be at the helm of one of our key programs, responsible for overseeing its entire cycle from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Selection: Choose and assemble a team from our pool of volunteers for each cycle of the project, ensuring the right mix of skills and enthusiasm for the program's success.
  • Event Planning and Scheduling: Oversee the entire cycle of the program, including announcement, auditions/interest solicitation, marketing, performance, and release dates. Ensure that each phase is well-planned, executed on time, and meets our quality standards.
  • Board Updates: Regularly provide comprehensive status updates to the board, keeping them informed about the progress, challenges, and successes of the program.
  • Conducting Retrospectives: After each cycle, lead a retrospective analysis to review what went well, what could be improved, and how to enhance future cycles. Use these insights to continuously improve the program.

  • Pre-Call Coordination: Conduct a pre-call with all participants before each reading session. This involves briefing them on the format, what to expect, and addressing any preliminary questions or concerns.
  • Introduction and Background: At the start of each session, introduce the show or scenes being read. Provide context and background to enrich the participants' and audience's understanding and appreciation of the material.
  • Narration and Stage Directions: During the reading, act as the narrator or provide stage directions as needed. Your role will be to ensure the smooth flow of the reading, helping to bring the script to life audibly.
